Return procedure

If you wish to return an order, this must be indicated within 14 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a full refund. Kindly notify our Mahéquline team via email and send the package to the address provided below:

Ensure you include your tracking number when notifying us.

Eligible returned items can only be refunded via the original payment method.

Conditions of the returned product(s)

In order for the customer service to accept the return and issue a refund, the product(s) must be returned in their original state in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.

Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our customer service team outside of the stated 14-day policy window will not be accepted.


If the customer desires to return the exchanged products, i.e., upon successive exchanges, a €7 fee will be deducted from the reimbursement to ensure the coverage of our freight services.
