Return Policy

In accordance with Danish regulations, you can return items within 14 days of receiving them. To proceed with a return or exchange, kindly notify our Mahéquline team via email and send the package to the address provided below:

Claims concerning product delivery must be made within 14 working days from receiving the product. Items should be sent back in their original condition, complete with packaging, accessories, tags, and sanitary stickers. Questions? Reach out to us at customer@mahequline.com.

Products returned after the specified timeframe will not be accepted and the sender will have to pay the return freight if goods are wanted back. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns for any reason. Return expenses and associated risks are the sender's responsibility.

To qualify for a return, products must be undamaged, in original packaging, with attached labels, not worn, and accompanied by all accessories and a purchase invoice copy.

Mahéquline is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. Parcels without clear customer identification (surname, first name, address, and return code) will be declined.

Conditions of the returned product(s)

In order for the customer service to accept the return and issue a refund, the product(s) must be returned in their original state in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.

Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our customer service team outside of the stated 14-day policy window will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Customers are responsible for return costs. Mahéquline will reimburse the full order value (excluding customs duties and the freight paid to send the parcel to the customer) upon receiving returns, deducting return costs if applicable, for customers within Denmark.

Reimbursement

If the customer desires to return the exchanged products, i.e., upon successive exchanges, a €7 fee will be deducted from the reimbursement to ensure the coverage of our freight services.
