Return Policy
If you wish to return an order, this must be indicated within 14 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a full refund. Kindly notify our Mahéquline team via email - customer@mahequline.com, and our team will provide you with a return label.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your product(s) for a different size or design, please process a normal return and place a new order for the desired items.
Claims concerning product delivery must be made within 14 working days from receiving the product. Items should be sent back in their original condition, complete with packaging, accessories, tags, and sanitary stickers. Questions? Reach out to us at customer@mahequline.com.
To qualify for a return, products must be undamaged, in original packaging, with attached labels, not worn, and accompanied by all accessories and a purchase invoice copy.
Conditions of the returned product(s)
In order for the customer service to accept the return and issue a refund, the product(s) must be returned in their original state in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.
Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our customer service team outside of the stated 14-day policy window will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Customers are responsible for return costs. Mahéquline will reimburse the full order value (excluding customs duties and the freight paid to send the parcel to the customer) upon receiving returns, deducting return costs if applicable, for all customers.
Reimbursement
If the customer desires to return the products, i.e., upon successive exchanges, a fee will be deducted from the reimbursement to ensure the coverage of our freight services.
Eligible returned items can only be refunded via the original payment method.

Christmas Season Return Policy
To make holiday shopping easier, we're extending our return policy during the Christmas season. Orders placed between December 3rd and December 24th can be returned until January 14th, giving you extra time to exchange or return any items after the holidays.
