Accepted Payment Methods

Mahéquline offers secure payment processing through Shopify Payments with 0% transaction fees. We accept:

  • Credit & Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and UnionPay
  • Payment Apps – Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL
  • Other Methods – Shopify Payments supports multiple local and international payment options

All payments are securely processed, and the order amount is charged upon checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipment. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at customer@mahequline.com.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it under our Return Policy.

Orders may be canceled automatically due to:

  • Item(s) being unavailable
  • Payment processing issues
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details
  • Duplicate orders

If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notification with further details. You will not be charged for canceled items.

Shipping & Delivery

Mahéquline offers free standard shipping across Europe:

  • Denmark & Sweden: 1-3 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 2-4 business days
  • Rest of the world: 3-5 business days

Shipping providers vary by region:

  • Denmark & Europe: Primarily shipped with GLS
  • Rest of the world: Shipped with FedEx

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Taxes & Duties

All product prices can be found in your local currency and include applicable taxes. Customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Mahéquline is not responsible for customs fees or delays caused by customs authorities.

First-Time Orders

For security reasons, Mahéquline may ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. Please ensure that your billing and shipping details match to avoid processing delays.

Order Tracking & Delays

All orders are fully traceable through the courier’s website. If you have questions about your shipment, you may contact the courier directly.

Mahéquline is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping partners, particularly during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and January sales.
