Online Store Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Pricing & Payments

All prices on Mahéquline's website are displayed in USD ($) by default, as set by our Shopify store. However, customers can view and pay in their local currency, depending on availability at checkout.

Accepted Payment Methods

We process payments securely via Shopify Payments, which supports:

  • Credit & Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay
  • Payment Apps – Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL
  • Other Methods – Multiple local and international payment options may be available at checkout.

Payments are securely processed, and the order amount is charged upon checkout.

Orders & Shipping

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once shipped, we will send a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping across Europe and international delivery via reliable courier services.

  • Denmark & Sweden: 1-3 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 2-4 business days
  • Rest of the World: 3-5 business days

Shipping carriers vary based on the destination, with GLS for Europe and FedEx for international shipments.

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the EU, additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility. Mahéquline is not liable for customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Denmark Returns

If you wish to return an order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at customer@mahequline.com, and we will provide a return label.

International Returns

For customers outside Denmark, you must also notify us within 14 days of delivery and purchase a return label from a local courier. Send the tracking number to customer@mahequline.com.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item, please return the original order and place a new order for the desired size or design.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags and accessories attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are returned outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable.

Christmas Season Extended Returns

Orders placed between December 3rd and December 24th may be returned until January 14th.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before shipment. Contact us at customer@mahequline.com as soon as possible.

Orders may also be cancelled by Mahéquline in cases of:

  • Out-of-stock items
  • Payment processing issues
  • Incomplete shipping details
  • Suspected duplicate orders

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and not charged for the item(s).

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary for payment processing and delivery services.

Limitation of Liability

Mahéquline is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays due to external factors (e.g., customs processing, strikes, holidays)
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Technical issues causing temporary website downtime

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the original purchase amount.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any legal disputes will be handled in Danish courts.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website signifies acceptance.
