Return Policy – Denmark

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a full refund. Contact us at customer@mahequline.com, and our team will provide you with a return label.

 

Return Policy – International

For international returns, notify us within 14 days of delivery. Please arrange a return shipment through a local courier and email us at customer@mahequline.com with the tracking number. This ensures a smooth refund process upon receipt.

 

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please process a return and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
✔ Unworn and in original condition
✔ With all original tags, packaging, and sanitary stickers attached
✔ Accompanied by a purchase invoice

Returns that show signs of wear or are received after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

 

Refund Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding customs duties and the original shipping fee.
  • If multiple exchanges occur, a deduction may apply to cover return shipping costs.

 

Extended Holiday Returns

For holiday shopping convenience, we offer extended returns on orders placed between December 3rd and December 24th. These can be returned until January 14th.
