Return
Return using a few steps
Mahéquline gives you the right to a 30-day return from the date you placed your order.
For returns from Denmark, Sweden, Norway & Finland please use this link.
For returns from the rest of the world, please note that customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
To facilitate the return process, kindly include a note with your order number inside the package. You can send the return to the following address:

Please make sure to inform the courier that the package is a return shipment, and clearly mark it as such on the outside of the package.
This is important to ensure that the parcel is handled correctly and delivered directly to our warehouse without delays.
We do not accept returns that are sent to pickup points or parcel lockers. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the return is correctly addressed and shipped.
If you need an invoice for your return, you can simply use your order confirmation as it contains all the necessary details.

Return Policy - Please Read Before Returning.
We are unable to accept your return if any of the following apply:

The item is not in new, unused condition

The 30-day return period has expired

Original packaging, tags, or labels are missing

The item has odors, makeup stains, or similar traces of use

The item is not packaged securely for return shipment
- Hygiene sticker is not securely attached to any bottom or panty
Please note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and the customer remains responsible for the package until it has been received and processed by us.
If a return is held at border control, it is the customer’s responsibility to handle any communication with the authorities and to cover any related fees. Mahéquline is unable to contact border control on the customer’s behalf, and we cannot issue a refund for packages that have not reached us.
Exchange
Please note that direct exchanges are only available for customers located in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, & Finland. Please use this link.
If you wish to exchange an item from outside our local exchange area, please return the original piece for a refund and then place a new order in the size or color you prefer.
We can also reimburse the shipping cost on your new order if you’d like. Simply email customer@mahequline.com with your new order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Complaint
If you have a product with a manufacturing defect or want to advertise a product, you must send an email with pictures to customer@mahequline.com
You will then be informed of any further progress in connection with your complaint.

Mahéquline offers secure payment processing through Shopify Payments with 0% transaction fees. We accept:

All payments are securely processed, and the order amount is charged upon checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipment. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at customer@mahequline.com.If your order has already been dispatched, you may start your return when you receive it.
Orders may be canceled automatically due to:
- Item(s) being unavailable
- Payment processing issues
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping details
- Duplicate orders
If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notification with further details. You will not be charged for canceled items.
Taxes & Duties
All product prices can be found in your local currency and include applicable taxes. Customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Mahéquline is not responsible for customs fees or delays caused by customs authorities.

All orders are fully traceable through the courier’s website. If you have questions about your shipment, you may contact the courier directly.Mahéquline is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping partners, particularly during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and January sales.

Extended Holiday Returns
For holiday shopping convenience, we offer extended returns on orders placed between December 3rd and December 24th. These can be returned until January 14th.
